C&#8217;est en partie vrai.<br>Mais derri\u00e8re la carte postale, se cache une tout autre r\u00e9alit\u00e9 : potabilisation en eau des grandes villes, industrie, irrigation. L&#8217;eau est devenue une ressource tr\u00e8s convoit\u00e9e et surexploit\u00e9e. La s\u00e9cheresse de Barcelone au printemps 2008 en fut l\u2019exemple parfait.
